Elvington Art Class

Join us at our friendly Art class to have a little quiet time and be creative in good company.  Relax and enjoy the wellbeing of creative practice, with a cuppa and chat.

We do something different each week, exploring a wide variety of materials, techniques and themes.
Gentle guidance and expert tuition are given as the need arises, absolutely NO judgement or pressure to achieve. This is NOT a formal art class with expected outcomes or measured progress. It is intended as a comfortable space to persue the pleasure of the creative process.

Everything you need is included in the cost of just £6 a session. Plenty of quality materials, equipment and visual resources are available.

Try your hand at a new hobby, or expand on your experience with new approaches, materials and ideas.

Every term-time Thursday. Drop-in, pay-as-you-go classes. No need to book.
Lower Derwent Sports and Social Club.

7pm till 8.30pm - A guaranteed hour of creative practice!
 

Lisa-marie is a fully qualified Art Teacher with 25 years experience in secondary to adult education. Lisa-marie is also an Art Tutor for City of York Council, 'York Learning' workshops.
